This is a training program that requires no gym membership. All you need are dumbbells and tubes. It is a monthly membership that takes you through different levels of training. There is almost three years of training. Each month you move to a different level with different workouts and demonstrations. This program includes nutrition guidelines and Sample meal plans. This is an instant access website with 10 different workouts. There are eight workouts with kettlebells only. 3 workouts with kettlebells and dumbbells. Two bonus workouts with TRX and battle ropes. I also explain how you can make these 10 workouts last even longer. This program also includes nutrition guidelines and Sample meal plans. This program does not include coaching however it does come free with my coaching program.

This program requires you to have a membership at a gym because you will need selectorized equipment. These are all bodybuilding style workouts. All supersets and all super sets are conveniently designed to not have you use too many pieces of equipment at one time. This program also gives you nutrition guidelines and Sample meal plans. This program does not include coaching however you do have two options for coaching on this program. If you purchase this program then I will email you to discuss if that would be something that you would want. More personalized support and personalized nutrition and either daily check-ins or biweekly check ins.

This program is an extremely personalized program. You get a two-hour coaching call with me where we set you up for success and layout your program specifically designed to what your goals are and what your lifestyle is. We communicate every single day via email and text message if needed. His program includes personal nutrition guidelines and Cardio goals. We do weekly weigh-ins and monthly measurements and pictures. This is a very serious program for people that are really trying to change their life.
